Warranty & Guarantee

You have a valid product quality claim? Quality is Lucy & Leo's highest priority and we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All defective products (such as damaged package, missing or broken elements) falling under the company’s two months warranty policy can be returned with proof of purchase and date clearly marked from retailer’s register (may not be written in).

To get a replacement just email these info to us:
1. Proof & place of purchase.
2. Detailed photos of the defect.
3. Shipping address, contact name & phone number.
